Returns & Exchanges

At Epic Armoury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all armor, apparel, or accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
